It isn't every shoot that you get to experience a "first" as a photographer, but I just have to say... this girl sure knows how to make an entrance!
I got the call that Martha was in labor at 3:08am. At 3:32am that baby was here!!! Needless to say, she did not wait for her photographer to arrive ;)
She arrived via candlelight due to a monster of a thunderstorm, making it impossible to see the car in front of you and knocking the power our for miles. Martha birthed in her home with 2 lovely midwives and a doula.
Despite missing the actual delivery and shooting by candlelight, we managed to get some very special breathtaking photos of her first moments into the world <3
